Bookkeeping:

We can provide bookkeeping services for you wherever your location. We have teams of experienced bookkeepers throughout UAE and London and we can also provide you with accountancy and payroll services as part of an outsourced package.

We can arrange for you to have the same experienced bookkeeper regularly on site with you at your offices providing you with all the bookkeeping services that you need.

Alternatively we can also provide a remote bookkeeping service if preferred. This wouldn’t require one of our bookkeepers coming to your offices. In this case either you can email relevant files or courier the required documents to us and we can do all the work for you remotely. We can also access your accounting software remotely if you prefer and one of our bookkeepers can do all the work logged in to one of your office PC’s.

However you like things to work we’re there to make things as easy as possible for you.

Management Accounts:

The preparation of management accounts are necessary to assist in making business decisions and will be requested by your Board of Directors, Auditors and Bankers. We can prepare management reports on a monthly or quarterly basis. These reports are prepared in accordance with your policies and requirements.

Customer Care Support & Maintenance Agreement (CCSMA)

SUPPORT

We have a team of Sage support and implementation specialists as well as a Customer Services Department, both of which will deliver quality support and service to you via your Customer Care Support and Maintenance Agreement.

Some of the salient features of the CCSMA would include the following:

  • Unlimited Working Hours Telephone Support via dedicated Help Desk – A dedicated telephone answering service designed to provide rapid response to resolve any software failure or Software procedural confirmation.

Working Hours UAE: Saturday to Thursday 9:00am to 6:00pm
Working Hours UK: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm

  • Remote fault resolution via Microsoft NetMeeting – A secure method of Software failure resolution via the Internet for errors that cannot be rectified via the telephone support service.
  • Annual System Audit – an on-site audit to confirm the following:
  1. Correct procedures are being applied
  2. Day to day use of the Licensed Program
  3. Suitability of the Licensed Program
  4. User skills
  5. Hardware compatibility
  6. Networking compatibility

On completion of the System audit, a report will be produced and provided. The report will make recommendations for re-skilling, upgrading of both Licensed Program and equipment as necessary. This report will take the form of an advisory document; the findings will not be mandatory.

We have over 500 customers who are using our products and have utilized our services in implementation, training and customizing the systems; they also have a regular Annual Maintenance Contract with us.
